How to take care of your lash extensions !

Post Procedure:

• Avoid exercise + heavy moisture exposure for at least 4-6 hours post application.

• Avoid makeup + skincare touching the lashes for at least 4-6 hours post application.

• Execute proper aftercare to ensure your extensions stay healthy + intact.

• Book your fill appointment. We recommend within 2-3 weeks period of time

Aftercare:

Proper cleansing is the #1 most important step in caring for your new lashes. Washing your lashes regularly will prevent a build-up of dead skin, dirt, and oils. This will not only improve retention but also prevent infection and other complications.

• Cleanse twice DAILY using your foam lash cleanser + cleansing brush. We retails foam cleanser that made for eyelash extensions at our studio. Pick up a bottle at your appointment.

• Avoid all products with oil, including make-up removers, cleansers, etc.

• After gently cleansing, use mini fan to dry the lashes while gently brushing to renew extensions or simply air dry your lashes.

• Avoid using mascara.

• Avoid using gel, pencil, or liquid eyeliners.

• Use micellar water or oil free makeup remover to gently dissolve makeup around the eyes prior to cleansing.

• Avoid saunas + high heat/humidity environments

• Use a facial towel in the shower to cleanse. Avoid shower stream directly onto of your extensions.

• Apply extension safe growth serum along the lash line nightly after cleansing (only if your lash artist recommended to use one)

• Never pick or pull at extensions

• Never use a lash curler.

• Use only lint-free wipes/wands along lash line

• Practice conscious sleeping habits, avoid crushing extensions.

Maintenance:

Fills are recommended maintenance to upkeep your lash extension set. During a  fill appointment:

• Add extensions to recent natural lash growth

• Remove overgrown extensions

• Re-shape + revive your set

• Assess natural lash health + wellness

A fill appointment requires at minimum of 45% remaining extension coverage (less than 20 extensions on each eye). If you present less than 45% remaining  coverage, a full set will be required to achieve a renewed “full set” look.
