Our Policies

Please keep our policies in mind to ensure your appointments go as smoothly as possible. By scheduling an appointment with Unico Artistry, you are agreeing to follow these policies. 


Appointment Policy

 

• All appointments require a valid credit card to reserve your desired appointment time.

• A non-refundable deposit is required for all lash extensions full set and permanent makeup appointment.

• We encourage you to book your appointments ahead of time to support consistent lash maintenance.

• Clients who schedule ahead of time have access to priority scheduling slots including evening + weekend availability. You can manage your upcoming appointments online via our booking site. Simply click button below.


• Please be aware that if you arrive more than 15 to 20 mins late, you will not receive the benefit of a full service or we have the right to cancel your appointment. This appointment will be considered a late cancellation and you will be charged 50% of the full service price.

Excessive late appointments may result in me no longer taking you as a client. Please respect that this is an appointment based service, and we often have appointments back to back. One Late client can throw off the rest of our day.


 

Cancellation Policy

 

• A 24 hours’ notice is required if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, a late cancellation fee of 100% scheduled appointment cost will be charged to the credit card on file.
Please note, that we will only charge your credit card if you do not give 24 hours notice or no show. If credit card on file is declined, you will receive an invoice with cancellation fee via e-mail. If fee is not paid within 24 hours, you will further forfeit, thereby cancellation of Unico Artistry, all future booked appointments and will not be considered for future appointments.


• All appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with proper notice by texting 502.777.7442. If we are unable to answer your call, we are most likely servicing other clients.
